Report on February Product Training

In February, Compac Sales ran two training sessions designed for our Service Agents to attend. The purpose been, to ensure we share the knowledge base of our products with the people out there in the field.
Held at the Melbourne office, the training sessions covered the installation, service and support of a range of Compac Products. Running these sessions came out of a desire to provide excellence in ongoing customer service and support. By equipping our Service Agents with more detailed knowledge of Compac products, we are better able to serve our customers, when and where they need it.
Compac Sales staff reported good attendance, and received positive feedback from the content of the sessions.

More training sessions are being planned for later this year. Details to follow.
