MASTER DISPENSERS

Compac manufactures the Master range of commercial dispensers that are robust and suited to the unique requirements of this market.  Our dispensers are available from 40 to 400 lpm models and are used in hard environments such as the trucking, marine and aviation industries. 

Complete dispensers are tested at our in-house station before being dispatched.  This ensures your dispenser is ready  to go as soon as it arrives on site. All our dispensers have New Zealand and Australian approvals so there are no issues with compliance.  Please go to the resources section to download copies.

Compac dispensers can be fitted with a card reader, wireless tag reader and a PINPAD for unattended access.  They can operate standalone or with a:

• Compac DCA - Driveway Card Acceptor
• Compac OPT - Outdoor Payment Terminal
• Compac On-Pump authorisation system
• Site controller
• Third party controller, by the Compac RS232 interface or pulse output

Our dispensers have many benefits and features, including:

• Non wearing high performance COM50, COM125 or COM250 meter
• C4000 electronics approved for use in Class 1 Zone 1 hazardous areas
• Large display 6 x 25mm digits for displays with backlighting showing money  only, or money, volume and unit price
• Easiest Serviceability  Most pipe connections are flanged minimising screwed connections and speeding up service.
• Plug and Play  Dispensers are factory tested and ready for installation

Compac dispensers can also be individually tailored to suit your needs:

• Marinisation with displays and C4000 processor mounted in sealed weatherproof boxes.  All panels and pipework are stainless steel with meter epoxy coated.  Splash tray in base to prevent water from splashing up from beneath
• Aviation  models with stainless steel pipework and solenoids.  No brass used.
• Hi/Lo flow switching for 160 lpm models allowing 80lpm filling for smaller vehicles
• Displays available on one side only, or on both sides
• Hose Assembly to suit market with a range of breakaways and nozzles available
• Pylons are available for extra hose reach
• Overfill protection for the 400 lpm model
• Customised look dispensers powdercoated to your colours with custom decals
• Protocol available in Compac or Gilbarco

Compac can supply valves for bulk metering applications.
